A Summer Umbrella

Make your umbrella stand out! Stamp the umbrella once on your base card. Then stamp and cut out an extra one. Score this one along the ribs of the umbrella and fold. Use crafter's pick to glue it to the card. Just a little glue along the parts of the umbrella that touch the card will hold it.

Cut Out Flowers

We love combining patterned paper and rubber stamps. The base of this card was a pink duplex notecard. The striped paper was glued to that. The colors on the pattern paper were the inspiration for the colors of ink used when stamping.

In a Hammock

Stamp the hammock stamp on patterned paper and then cut out the hammock only. Then stamp it on your good paper over your background image and glue the patterned paper cutout to that. Add glitter to the palm trees. We like to use the glue pen and ultrafine glitter when we're applying glue to a small area.

Summer Umbrella

Long Stem Flower

Stamp any outline stamp on patterned paper to create a fun look. Here we layered a few cut out shapes of the petals. Don't forget to add a punched out leaf. Crease the punched out shape before you attach to the card for a dimensional effect.
