I love how the butterflies look like they're floating when you
attach them with mounting tape. The white background adds to
the effect too. After punching out the shapes, gently fold the
butterflies in half to give dimension.
Prismacolor pencils were used to color the eggs. Don't forget to add
a bow to the handle on the basket. Use crafter's pick and the
bow will not fall off.
Make your umbrella stand out! Stamp the umbrella once on
your base card. Then stamp and cut out an extra one.
Score this one along the ribs of the umbrella and fold.
Use crafter's pick to glue it
to the card. Just a little glue along the parts of the umbrella that
touch the card will hold it.
We love combining patterned paper and rubber stamps. The
base of this card was a pink duplex notecard. The striped paper was glued to that.
The colors on the pattern paper were the inspiration for the
colors of ink used when stamping.
