What is the status of my order?
Sorry but at this
time we do not have order tracking. We make every attempt to
ship your order to you as quickly as possible, usually within
2-3 days from when we receive it. Sometime we're out of a
particular item and if we know that that product is coming to
us within a reasonable amount of time, we will hold your order
so we can ship complete. If you have to have an order by a
certain date, feel free to email us with the request and we
will make every attempt to get it to you on time.
Does Impress backorder?
If
we know we can't get a particular item that you have ordered
within a reasonable amount of time, we will ship your order
without it. We'll adjust the total of your invoice and ask
that you reorder that item the next time you place an order.
I ordered a couple of days ago, can I change my order?
Once you have entered your credit card
data and submitted your order, Impress would prefer if you
did not alter your order. Any changes that are made slows
down the shipping process and may delay your order. That being said, if you have a special
need to change your order, please send us an
email,
including your order number and we will do our best to
accommodate your request.
How come I saw an item on your site a
couple of days ago and now it's no longer there?
At Impress we strive to constantly
update our site with new and innovative products.
Sometimes we only get small batches or limited quantities of
an item and sometimes an item is just so popular, we run
out of it quickly. If a product was on the site but is no
longer there, it probably means that we are temporarily out
of that item. Keep watching, the minute a popular item
arrives back at our store, we put it back on the site.
Always feel free to email and ask if
you're looking for a particular item and we can let you know
the expected date of arrival.
How do I add, remove, or change the
quantity of an item that I added to my shopping basket?
To remove an item from your shopping
basket, first go to the shopping basket page. To do this
you need to either click on the basket icon located in the
top right hand corner of every Impress page, or click the
checkout button on any of the product pages. Then you
simply need to find the product you wish to remove and press
the remove button.
To change the quantity, simply find
the quantity field next to the product, change the number ,
and press update.
How come after I added an item my
shopping basket is still empty?
If you thought you added items to your
shopping basket but found your basket empty when you went
to check out, you've probably disabled the cookies settings
on your browser. For more information
